Specialist - Investors Relations
Job Description
Core Accountabilities
Investors Relations
* Prepare the IR presentation and reports to shareholders in order to meet their requirements. * Work on the procedure related to the distribution of shareholding shares in an organized way with the finance department and finalize related transactions regarding the distribution of profits in coordination with the Edaa Centre to ensure timely and accurate shares distribution. * Work on the daily transactions related to shareholders communications in terms of archiving, classifying and following up, and therefore recommend ways to develop shareholders * Ensure that shareholders and official documents are kept in the archive to protect both company and shareholders rights. * Coordinate with Corporate Communications in order to optimize media coverage for all investor events. * Enter data in the company’s page in Tadawul (announcements, BOD information, uploading financial and regular updates), to ensure Nadec data in Tadawul is up to date and reflects reality. * Prepare the general assembly meetings, to ensure effective arrangement of meetings.
Analysis & Reporting
* Optimize the communication with the shareholders community by serving as the key point of contact, and deal with challenges proactively. * Provide comprehensive monthly analysis and reports on NADEC’s shareholders inquiries, in addition to preparing the company’s annual report, to support decision making. * Coordinate internally with the Finance function to collect quarter and annual financial information, in order to prepare quarterly and annual reports effectively. * Prepare all the official letters directed to the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Commerce, the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul.
Relationship management
* Maintain strong relationships with the shareholders and relevant authority (CMA, Tadawul and MOC) to meet their requirements.

* Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation. * Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

Education
