Responsibilities

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business

المهارات

Qualifications

1- Minimum experience of 5 years as operation manager .

2- Retail experience in the field of White goods and small domestic Appliances .

3- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential together with the ability to take a leading business development role

4- Computer skills .

5- Knowledge in target and budget setting and sales analysis is important .

6- Knowledge of dealing with team from multi nationality and multi cultures
