Providing technical support for all users in resolving workstations issues, printers issues, Office programs issues, Email issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support within agreed timelines.
Optimise the use of personal time/effort and assigned work tools/resources in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
Ensure all requests & issues are properly logged in service desk system and track through to resolution within agreed SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction
Install and configure operating system & programs as per Tawuniya policies to ensure security complaince applied
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree
Must be qualified and fit with Tamheer program criteria
