We do this by providing services centered around (but not limited to) sourcing, preparing, producing, and packaging - working closely with our delivery partners to ensure a safe and quick delivery. This is made possible thanks to our in-built, pioneering cloud kitchen technology ‘SKOS’ - a first-of-its-kind innovation in the world and our 3500+ Kitopians, who bring their best every day.

In addition to on-demand meals cooked in our cloud kitchens, we also offer subscription-based meal plans and a first-of-its-kind virtual food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 100 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar with its tech-hub in Poland and its customer experience center in the UAE.

As the Associate - Purchasing, you will assist in the purchase of materials and supplies and ensure that the Supply Chain needs of Kitopi are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, participate in Contract Negotiations and manage inventory. You will be responsible for reviewing costs, develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, offer suggestions for where and how much material and supplies to buy.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and buy raw materials, products, and services while creating strategies to cut costs and meet company objectives.
Draw up a plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies maintaining the quality and consistency of Kitopi.
Manage contracts with company’s vendors to ensure best prices, negotiate supplier agreements and contracts.
Supervise the entire budget estimation and sourcing operations and assist in regional sourcing and data analysis.
Maintain excellent communication with all the business stakeholders.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Commerce.
2+ years of experience in supply chain or stock management within the F&B;, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
Demonstrable record in sourcing and vendor management with food suppliers.
Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
Experience in executing business specific contracts and agreements.
Familiarity with purchasing fundamentals and ERP systems.
Evidence of quality communication when working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
