الوصف الوظيفي Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1. Develops, implements, continuously monitors and updates as necessary the department’s goals, objectives, policies and procedures and other official documents. 2. Develops, the overall HR strategy in line with OTCoE business strategy and to achieve its mission, vision and objective to enhance the overall performance. 3. Conducts manpower planning of OTCoE in line with its objectives, goals and needs. 4. Provides strategic recruitment advice and assists in the development plans as part of the annual business planning process. 5. Improvements and expansions of existing staffing systems and processes, designing and implementing new cost effective systems , identifying creative and progressive solutions to a variety of staffing issues, including effective and efficient testing/ selection procedures. 6. Participates in the development, implementation and continuous monitoring and upgrades of OTCoE staff training, career development/ paths, saudization. 7. Plans, organizes, controls and directs operations of the Centre. Evaluates/ counsel’s subordinates to improve performance. Makes recommendations for merit increases, selects employees for promotions. Makes disciplinary action, as required. 8. Ensures that all transactions processed through all assigned services/ functions are authentic and are accordance with OTCoE policies, procedures and government regulations as applicable. 9. Maintains collaborative and effective relationship with other key management personnel and keep abreast of significant economy, social and technical trends and regulatory guidelines, which may influence assigned functions/ services and/ or the OTCoE. 10. Monitors and evaluate the efficiency and the effectiveness of service delivery process, assess and monitors work load, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationship, identifies opportunities for improvement. 11. Follows all hospital related Policies and Procedures. 12. Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable. 13. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education Experience Required Other Requirements(Certificates) Saudi National Only. ?
