Job Brief: Afaq Development Center is looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to sell Training courses and manage the center operations for our center in Riyadh. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives. The individual will work to secure contractual based training courses that fit and get firms and institutes (Public & Private) up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the company. The ideal candidate will have outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. He/she is expected to be a strategic thinker with good organizational and time management skills. He/she will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in training domain. Top candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change and be able to achieve targets to ensure profitability.
