Job Description
This is a remote position. We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing of new features and functionality prior to release to production and works closely with our stakeholders and development teams to resolve bugs. Your responsibilities would include: * Strong communication skills (ability to describe the situation, articulate the problem, scenario, results, and functional document writing) * Comfortable working in a team, also with members of other teams (Architect and Development) when needed. * Good analytical skills: understand the problem, analyze a situation, propose a solution. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and environments.
Requirements
* Bachelors / master’s degree in computer science engineering * Proven hands-on manual & automation testing experience. * Laterals who have completed courses in Testing with at-least 5 to 12 years of relevant experience. * Should have Payments testing experience (manual or automated) * Should have experience in at least 1 Payments type viz. SWIFT, SEPA/ Mass Pay, any Real time payments flavor UK Faster Payments, Australia NPP, Thailand PromptPay, US TCH etc., RTGS and/ or Local clearing e.g. US Fedwire, US NACHA, UK BACS, UK CHAPS, India Clearing IMPS, NEFT * Experience in any Payments Product viz. Finastra GPP, ACI UPF, Fiserv Dovetail, FIS C2P OPF, IBM FTM, ICON Solutions, SIA Perago, SWIFT, Vocalink. * Should have experience in End-to-End testing of a Payments solution in the Banks landscape involving the payments product, interfaces to banks landscape system (viz. Accounting, Sanctions, Funds, FX/ Treasury, Channels, Clearing), support to SIT and UAT or have worked in Banks SIT and/or UAT, support to banks NFT * Experience on testing of Payments functionality viz. inbound and outbound payments e.g. Credit Transfers, Direct Debits, Returns, Reversals etc. * Have worked with Test simulators, stubs, automation tools (preferred but not mandatory) * Support for L2 and L3 level production support Desired * Certified ISTQB Tester * Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and environments. * Strong articulation skills {{getI18n(‘zr.careers.publicpage.meta.viewapplication’)}} {{getI18n(data[0].applynow)}} {{userData.full\_name}} {{userData.role.name}}, {{userData.profile.name}}
