We are looking for Quality Manager.
Location: Riyadh
Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process
• Creation and revision of product and process specification
• Determining the requirement of raw material and intermediate products for suppliers
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
• Supervise inspectors, technician and other staff and provide direction and instruction
• Overall product development procedure to determine error percentage and quality standards,
• Monitor and checking the final output and comparing characteristic to the requirements
• Supervising the approval or rejection of Invalid product
• Maintain the institution documents and accuracy in dealing with statistical procedure and analyzes
• Continuous evaluation of customer reaction, and their satisfaction with products and services
• Send detail reports to senior management
• Constantly aware of opportunities for development and improvement on a continuous basis
• Bachelor degree in Business administration or a similar field
• Previously held a quality position or supervising the quality department
• Hold SIX Sigma certificates, OSIA and ISO
