Job Description :The OCM lead will focus on the people side of change in the project and is responsible and accountable for driving the change together with timely submission and obtaining sign-off of deliverables from the client. He will enable seamless transition of the organization from moving from the present ways of working to the new ways of working. This includes but not limited to developing and strategies, planning together with implementation of the plan as per the agreed timelines with the client.Key Responsibilities:Ability to develop and implement OCM strategies, plan at the program level and drive these activities across the organization to maximize employee adoptionDevelop lasting relationships with client and TCS project teamsManage a team of OCM consultants and amenable to suggestions from the OCM CoachManaging stakeholders at all levelsDevelopment of Change Impacts and mitigation strategiesCommunication Planning and deliveryTraining planning and measuring training effectivenessCreate and manage network of change agents and driving OCM activities through them

Skills and qualifications :Knowledge in Business Process Reengineering / Design Thinking / Business AnalysisCertification in OCM PROSCI/APMG or any other change frameworkKnowledge of country’s culture and organization’s way of working.
