To maximize sales department effectiveness by determining and solving sales representative and sales manager training needs.
Design and implement Sales & International Operations Training department’s strategy and roadmap in alignment with the Sales & International Operations Training strategy
Establish Sales & International Operations Training department’s plans and provide input to Sales & International Operations Training division’s goals that support its overall strategic plans
Collaborate with other Directors to identify Sales & International Operations Training department’s required initiatives to meet future business demands
Manage and drive the achievement of Sales & International Operations Training department’s strategy, objectives and KPIs within the accountabilities of the department
Prepare and present regular reports on the department’s progress and outputs to be shared with relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements
Manage Sales & International Operations Training department’s budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
Manage Sales & International Operations Training department effectively within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
Formulate initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Sales & International Operations Training department and mitigate financial and operational risks
Accomplishes sales training human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieve sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change
Meet sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Determine training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness
Develop job results resources by designing information systems; maintaining libraries and databases; building interactive and integrated job support systems
Develop managerial results by orienting new managers; conducting management training programs; providing learning resources; coaching individual managers
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed
المهارات
12+ years of experience in Sales & International Operations Training, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
Bachelor’s degree in B.A./Management or equivalent is required
Master’s degree in B.A./Management (with Sales & International Operations Training specialization) or equivalent is preferred
