الوصف الوظيفي Works collaboratively at organization and division levels to ensure business planning, performance monitoring and performance management processes inform and support each other and lead to continuous organisational performance improvement. Initiate and Assist in organisation assessments, and makes recommendations for change, Identify and intervene in change management initiatives that foster organizational learning and address corporate strategic goals and needs. Proactively addresses and responds to O.D. issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting the implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, materials development, and performance analysis.
