Job Purpose / Role:
Plans, manages, and executes marketing campaigns, financial control, and projects, tracking each project through every milestone. Responsible for turning the marketing vision into reality, identifying all tasks that need to be completed in a campaign, strategically delegating those tasks to the appropriate team members, and ensuring that campaigns and projects are delivered on time and on budget with the highest quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Organize and manage the annual marketing budget planning cycle
Manage budget execution: track actual spends vs budget, track payables and accruals, identify optimization opportunities
Generate monthly and quarterly budget vs spend reports
Raise procurement requests and purchase orders, and close projects with Finance
PROCESS & OPERATIONS GOVERNANCE
Enforce SOPs and SLAs with internal and external stakeholders
Formulate the annual marketing and communication calendar with the CMO and Marcom leads
Ensure that all requests are properly briefed as per policy guidelines
Track and manage the timely delivery of initiatives by project leads: traffic incoming requests, formulate CPS and deadlines, organize status updates, resolve dependencies, roadblocks, and delivery issues
Generate closure reports for major marketing campaigns summarizing spend, performance, business results and key learnings
AGENCY MANAGEMENT
Formulate agency annual scope of work
Manage the agency and vendor bidding process and selection
Negotiate best media, creative and production rates
Manage agency and vendor contracts
Enforce agency/vendor SLAs
Manage agency annual evaluations

Required Education Level, Skills & Abilities
(Specific Policies, Certifications etc)
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Understanding of project management and data analytics
Excellent understanding of how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase the visibility, profile and reputation of an organization
Strong monitoring and evaluation skills.
Required Experience:
5-7 Years’ experience in a Marketing role
5 Years’ experience in a similar position
