Responsibilities:
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
Manage various marketing campaigns, such as email, event, or content marketing and coordinate the database and copy scheduling
Supporting the various initiatives of the marketing department by organizing and tracking campaigns like email, events, social media, and content marketing.
Synchronized implementation of existing content strategies by coordinating the various marketing methods.
Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to meet business objectives and target audiences.
Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer behavior.
Overseeing the production of promotional materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and product packaging.
Managing relationships with advertising and marketing agencies, media outlets, and other partners.
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand strategy.
Tracking and analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Managing budgets and ensuring that marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Inquisitiveness to find opportunities and add value to the project.
Must be able to independently advance projects by setting priorities and adhering to deadlines.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
In-depth understanding of marketing and branding principles
Experience conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Proficiency with marketing analytics and tracking tools
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
