* Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products.
* Gaining customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
* Contributing in overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and preparing sales and market reports and routinely presenting to superiors.
