Demonstrate an understanding of the curriculum, subject content, and the developmental needs of students by providing relevant industry’s learning experiences.
Plan using the Standards of Learning, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all trainees.
Effectively engage trainees in learning by using a variety of instructional strategies in order to meet individual learning needs.
Systematically gather, analyze, and use all relevant data to measure trainee academic progress, guide instructional content and delivery methods, and provide timely feedback to both trainees and stakeholders throughout the Academic year.
Use resources, routines, and procedures to provide a respectful, positive, safe, trainee-centered environment that is conducive to learning.
Maintain a commitment to professional ethics, communicates effectively, and takes responsibility for and participates in professional growth that results in enhanced trainee learning.
Documents Course Materials and Lecture Plans in the shared drive, in the formats available and in LMS.
Teaches classes according to the agreed schedules.
Takes responsibility for all program administration (registers, student tracking).
Prepares tests and exams in coordination with a superior / colleague.
Grades student tests and exams in line with the set standards.
Participates in ongoing professional development.
Adheres to feedback and development points from teaching and learning observations.
Participates in the ongoing growth of the department.
Supports operational objectives of the department.
Takes active responsibility for the personal and social development of students including extra-curricular activities, tutorial provision etc.
المهارات
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or similar profession.
Minimum 3 years of Supervisory role in Sales/Logistics in Food Industry
Proven knowledge of the subjects to be taught / trained
Affinity with the educational and teaching process
Design & delivery of Technical, Non-technical Training Programs
Computer Literacy is essential i.e. Microsoft Office- Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Good written and spoken of Arabic & English.
