Al Adwaa Factory for Lighting Fixtures is seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Manager for the location of Riyad KSA i.e. supervise, support, and consistently follow up with the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring a high-performance culture across branches. Take ownership of key customer relationships, providing rapid and effective resolution of complaints, inquiries, and project-related challenges. Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics, Finance) at the head office. Facilitate smooth order flow, delivery tracking, pricing alignment, and client customizations. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, new technologies, and competitor positioning. Share actionable insights with senior management to inform product development, pricing, and business growth strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in lighting, construction materials, or technical product sectors.
