* Designing the Fiber Catalogues and other Documents required by Sales & Marketing department from time to time. * Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions. * Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. * Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. * Follow up the events and see the one that benefit the company. * Prepare market study and provide the market trend. * Update MEFC website with new and events . * Receive and the customer feed backs and follow up with customer. * Prepare the advertising and promotion through the social media. * Responsible for the efficient dealing of complains to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer. * Follow up the market and project. * Communicate with customers. * Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships. * Marketing fiber cables accessories and components and component design. * Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications). * Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, catalogues, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters and DVDs. * Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups. * Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies. * Evaluating marketing campaigns. * Monitoring competitor activity. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * 3-4 years of relevant sales experience in fiber optic or technical products. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel regionally as needed. |
