construction supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision

Strong background in managing daily site operations and workforce

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans

Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Valid transferable Iqama (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site

Ensure work is carried out according to project timelines and quality standards

Monitor health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site

Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and workers

Prepare daily progress reports and escalate issues as needed
