Structural Foreman

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Structural Foreman to oversee steel structure erection works at our project site in Riyadh. The candidate must have strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, site erection activities, and workforce supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site erection activities for steel structures.

Lead and monitor erection teams, ensuring productivity and safety standards.

Coordinate with engineers and project managers to execute work as per drawings and specifications.

Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used effectively.

Maintain quality of erection works and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Implement safety measures and conduct toolbox talks.

Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in steel structure erection as a Foreman.

Strong knowledge of erection sequences, lifting plans, and site safety.

Ability to read and understand structural drawings.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
