Implemented PMO operations, prepared all project schedules and plans, issued full work schedules to client/involved parties for approval, monitored actual project progress against agreed schedules/plans to ensure completion within specified time/budget.
Oversaw vendor negotiations, assigned tasks to employees, delegated authority and motivated team members to work together on the project. Provided updates/adjustments to project plan as necessary to ascertain project continues to meet key deliverables.
Managed hand-over of completed project to client on agreed schedules. Monitored project implementation and enabled adherence to company standards.
Regularly kept the upper management abreast of status of assigned projects, focused on the overall project schedule, budget and resolution of project issues.
Administered all activities of company personnel and imparted requisite training sessions as per company policies and procedures
Organized client meetings, efficiently responded to client queries, apprised them of project progress and delivered highest levels of services.
Good knowledge of using EPM .
PM certificate is a must (PMP, Prince2 ,CPM)
