Strategic
• Support in the development of the Irregular Application Division’s strategic objectives
• Assist in the periodic review of existing Application Management sector’s policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency
• Support the implementation of and adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the division

Operational
• Review applications to quality assure the assessment process
• Verify any manual amendments to applications to ensure they are correct
• Verify irregular applications submitted from the regular application division team, exploring macro trends through data and analytics
• Verify documentation submitted with applications
• Verify the activatable members of the household
• Escalate applications for final approval
• Support management of customer queries as requested by customer happiness team
• Contribute to identification of areas of continuous improvement to the assessment process
• Support team members and colleagues to adopt changes and comply with any changes in policy and procedure
• Participate in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the Section
• Initiate and Prepare reports periodically and as requested and submit to the director in order to support in decision making
• Report any operational risks and roadblocks to the achievement of section objectives and targets. Recommend corrective action in order to minimize operational interruptions and ensure the timeliness of objective and target achievement
• Provide guidance and support to peers, as needed to ensure the team is operating effectively as possible
