Collaborating and Co-ordinating with all the departments on the Recruitment process – to find the vacant positions in each department with their job description
Notifying the sub-contractors with the vacancies to source the right candidate to fill the positions.
Assist with new hire orientation
Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee records
Co-ordinate with HR manager on duties related to Projects
Properly handle compliance and grievance procedures
Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (like Staffing, training, grievance, performance evaluations, termination, and manpower data) as per requirement
المهارات
Proven Experience as an HR assistant in Construction industry
Fast Computer typing skills.
Knowledge in Microsoft Visio
Strong knowledge in advanced MS Excel (Pivot Table , V Lookup ) is mandatory
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong Communication Skills. (Preferable for bilingual)
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
