الوصف الوظيفي The Account Manager main purpose is to create & maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. He/she is also responsible for connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. In addition, He/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Experience and Business Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience Tasks, duties and responsibilities (TDR): · Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts. · Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients. · Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion. · Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals · Identifies and capture opportunities to grow business with existing clients. · Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner · Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service. 8. Keep records of client transactions. · Represent client’s interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverables, and other factors to internal team members. · Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations and delivery of related materials and reports. · Utilize analytics and other relevant data to identify key performance indicators, make data driven decisions to drive business recommendations and to communicate client’s return on investment. · Identifying and presenting opportunities for growth in the client relationship to internal and external stakeholders. · Manage and optimize resources required for the account(s). · Report to the chief operations Officer on account(s) status, sales figures and suggest improvements. المهارات BSc in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or other equivalent studies تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/account-manager-4498010/ |
