Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.
Provide customers with information and advice on their car’s situation and job card status.
Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Consulting with department heads regarding necessary repairs and services to be done for the customer’s car.
Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years of Service experience in the Automotive
Must have Computer Skills (MS Office Excel, Word)
Good work ethic and computer skills, plus proficiency with Industry-Specific Software
Must have valid Kuwaiti Transferable residency (18)
Bilingual (Native Speaker with excellent in spoken and written English)
Must have Experience & Knowledge in Service & Bodyshop.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Must be a Positive, Collaborative Team Player with a positive attitude.
Must have Polished People Skills
Must with People & Time Management Skills
Must have Experience & Knowledge in Automotive Dealerships
Must have experience and knowledge in Troubleshooting, Mechanical & Engineering Expertise
Must have Customer Service Skills
