The Technical Sales Engineer provides technical, administrative and sales support within the required areas of the operation. The primary focus within the electrical, mechanical and civil engineers services is to grow the division’s sales volumes and geographical scope and optimize its internal operation and customer-facing services.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
• Customer service, customer queries, customer communications
• Product inventory responsibilities
• Search for ways to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity.
• Sales order/purchase order creation/acknowledgements
• Represents Company in dealings with vendors, manufacturers and/or design firms where expert engineering advice in his expertise is required.
• Sales quoting/pricing/product sourcing/substitution responsibilities
• Sales Order/purchase order expediting
• Preparation of RFP’s, sales and business development.
• Develop and execute sales and product strategy and milestones to penetrate key accounts.
• Diligent follow-up on outstanding quotes
• Liaising with customers and vendors
• End user training, product knowledge transfer
• Cold calling prospects
• Sales Presentations

• Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize/multi-task
• Experience selling to executive level management
• Proficient in all MS Office applications
• Professional telephone manner, communications skills
• Ability to pin point and also (up-sell) customer requirements as needed and when appropriate
• Strong customer-care focus
• Complete understanding of the entire sales process from contact to closing
• Fluent in Arabic and English
