الوصف الوظيفي · Cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods and services · Determine the purchasing needs of the organization. They work with other parts of the organization to forecast demand and evaluate inventory levels, and take orders from within the organization. · Responsible for the management of the inventory. They assist in the receipt of purchased materials and services, and keep detailed records of purchases and stocks. They carefully monitor deliveries and any past due shipments. · Build relationships with suppliers and manage their performance. They conduct routine supplier business reviews, evaluating supplier performance and compliance. · Extensive experience in prioritizing and organizing work activities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within set deadlines and timelines · Sound knowledge of cost control functions to perform cost control processes and make appropriate business decisions for multiple assigned projects · Familiarity with designing process, inventory, project management, and arithmetic abilities to perform accurate calculations · Proficient in MS word, excel spreadsheets, outlook, database and word processing software · Deep understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts · Preffered to have skills in retail store buyer experience in Kuwait (stores like oncost , carrefour and lulu hypermart) المهارات · Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel · Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/buyer-specialist-4157034/ |
