1. Job Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Outreach Officer will be responsible for:
Seeking partnerships with private sector businesses in order to further the organizational mission and vision of EFE|Egypt in the following capacities:
Facilitating employer hiring of highly-qualified EFE|Egypt job training program graduates
Securing pre-committed job agreements from employer partners
Ensuring that EFE|Egypt’s training programs continue to align with employer needs by:
Coordinating the yearly participatory market needs analysis (MNA) by actively meeting with, cataloguing and analyzing recruitment needs of potential and ongoing partners in various sectors
Tracking job placements and post-training activities through field visits to employer partners
Assisting the Grants Management Department in partner employer administration and M&E;process; meeting with partner employers to evaluate candidate performance, etc.
Supporting overall program success by:
Liaising between employers and the Training Department to customize curriculum using the training needs analysis (TNA) system
Co-creating tailored job training courses in collaboration with the Training Department
Carrying out other duties and assignments delegated by the Grants Management Department, Operations Manager or CEO as needed
2. Candidate Profile & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (business administration, public administration or communications degree preferred)
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the business, sales or corporate sector
Experience in recruitment and account management is a plus
Ability to travel throughout Egypt when necessary
Excellent English and Arabic written and oral communication skills
Highly self-motivated, creative, focused, organized, and team-oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows and Office)
