Hiring Sales and Leasing CRM Officer for Real Estate Arm
Our client, a group of companies, is seeking a Sales and Leasing CRM for their Real Estate arm. The job is located in JLT, Dubai.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role or in sales/leasing for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience and understanding of the real estate sector in Dubai
• Strong understanding of sales and leasing processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure the smooth transfer of properties (Sales and Purchase) by drafting and finalizing MOUs, SPAs, and arranging required NOCs
• Process broker commission as per agreed rates and internal policies and procedures
• Maintain Sales file with updated information and store sales documents in the right place for internal stakeholders like MD and Accounts
• Process Leasing documents like Ejari, etc.
• Assist New Tenants with DEWA and EMPOWER registration prior to move-in
• Send Move-in Emails to New Tenants with the Move-in Form as per the checklist
• Share the move-out procedure with tenants
• Follow up on Final DEWA bill Clearance Letter and Empower final bill and receipt and forward to accounts (for reconnection of services) and PM (for calculation of deposit refund)
