Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using technology and software for lead management and sales tracking.
• Adaptability and resilience to handle challenges and work in a dynamic sales environment.
Experience:
• 1 -3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Basic Salary: 6000 AED or 8000 AED l Benefits: Commission based on your preferred Scheme
