We are searching for Admin Secretary
• Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, and notifies appropriate personnel.
• Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
Requirements:
• Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available in Qatar.
• Transfer Sponsorship required.
• Fresher can also apply.
