1. Assist in developing annual sales plan/budget that ensure realistic target are set and achievable.
2. Present, promote Bayan services to the prospect client using cold calling, client visit and emails
3. Establish and maintain relationship with current/potential client and ensure excellent customer service is provided.
4. Follow up with the clients and manage existent accounts
5. Prepare sales quotations/proposal in line with the company pricing policy/procedure
6. Initiate an internal purchase order in coordination with the department head,ensure all customer requirements are recorded accurately.
7. Create/update client database and ensure such information are available and accessible.
8. Provide weekly/monthly reports to the management on work progress.
9. Any other related task you may be assigned by the department head.
