As a successful Supervisor, you should be excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative with a constant approach to providing the best customer experience in the clinics. Job Brief: We are hiring a Senior Customer Service Supervisor to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
